Cancellations: All deposits regardless of notice of cancellation are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. A refund of deposits paid will be made provided that cancellation occurs at least 10 days before scheduled arrival. If cancellation occurs less then ten day deposit is forfeited. A change in arrival date or decrease in the number of nights booked is subject to the cancellation policy.

Check in/Check out: Check in begins at 2:00pm
Check out is promptly at 11:00am

1 Bedroom per Night Based on double occupancy	$100 on season	$75 off season
1 Bedroom Weekly Based on double occupancy	$650 on season	$487 off season
2 Bedroom per Night Based on 4 persons sharing	$150 on season	$100 off season
2 Bedroom Weekly Based on 4 persons sharing	$975 on season	$650 off season

On Season - June 15 - Aug. 30      Off Season - Aug. 31 - Oct. 30
Additional Persons - 12 yrs & under $15 a night, 13 yrs & up $30 a night
All rates are subject to Rhode Island Taxes.
